Okay – just gotta get the pictures taken and posted. It was a great project and now I’ve just got to get the pattern written up. That will take some time to finish, but I’ll work on it over the next few days. So far my daughter loves it. She was messing with it last night, trying to figure out exactly what will fit in it. I’ve got to adjust the straps a little, they are a bit too long.

I got this pattern from one of my very favorite websites, http://bittersweetblog.wordpress.com/2007/03/12/hungry-hungry-hippo/ and made it for my sister. She loves hippos and green so… voila! There appeared a very green hippo!
I’m very tired today. But I’m getting really close to finishing the bag for Calees. I’m really liking how it is turning out.
If I can get it finished today I’ll post a picture of it. I’m finishing up the straps for it. She wants it to go across the shoulder and be about waist high for the finished product.
I have to admit, this has been a good project for me. It’s been difficult living up to my daughter’s standards, (the artist) and my own. But it’s almost done and a finished project is always a good project!
